Hogwarts Legacy’s Critic Scores Compared to Previous Wizarding World Games
Hogwarts Legacy has long been considered the heir apparent to past fan-favorite Harry Potter games, but the aforementioned development issues created some concern that Avalanche Software may not be up to the challenge of bringing the Wizarding World to life. But “enemies of the heir…beware,” as Hogwarts Legacy is officially the highest rated Wizarding World of Harry Potter game of all-time, according to Metacritic. The closest competition is LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4, which earned a respectable 79 Metascore on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, but still trails far behind the latest entry in the Potterverse.
