Hold L1 and R1.
Press the buttons in this order: Up, Left, Down, Right, Square, Triangle, Circle, X

Hold the Left and Right bumpers.
Press the buttons in this order: Up, Left, Down, Right, X, Y, B, A

Press the buttons in this order: W, A, S, D, R, I, E, F.
An alternate source claims that you can enable it by pressing up, left, down, right, R, L, Left Ctrl, Space, and Space again, without holding anything down.
