You know what’s fun? Setting things on fire. But what’s even better than that is setting your enemies ablaze while popping ‘em full of arrows. To that end, here’s how to get Fire Arrows in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
How to Make Fire Arrows in Tears of the Kingdom
Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is all about smashing and fusing things together to solve puzzles, having fun, and destroying your enemies. But sometimes, all you really want to do is set something on fire while shooting it.
Fortunately, fire arrows are pretty easy to make in Tears of the Kingdom. And I did say make. If you’re a Breath of the Wild veteran, don’t expect to find these scattered around or in stores.
So, let’s get to it.
How to make fire arrows in Tears of the Kingdom:
- Have a bow.
- Have arrows.
- Have Fire Fruit. These fruits can be pretty hard to find, but you can find them Southwest of the Royal Ancient Lab Ruins, which is North East of Hyrule Ridge. They’re otherwise found scattered throughout the map.
- Use “ZR” to pull out your bow. This button is right beneath the “R” shoulder button.
- Press up on your d-pad to attach an item to your bow.
- Scroll using your right joystick to the item you want to use. Find the Fire Fruit.
- Let go of the right joystick on the Fire Fruit.
Alternatively, you can also put your arrow near a fire source, like a bonfire or cooking pot, and set your arrow alight that way.
- Have a bow.
- Have arrows.
- Approach a fire with the bow drawn.
- The arrow will then light on fire.

And that’s it! It’s a little cumbersome, but it will set your arrow on fire. Now just aim and shoot at whatever enemy or local plant life you hate the most.
