If you weren’t lucky enough to get your hands on the Link’s Awakening amiibo when they first dropped and don’t want to spend an extreme amount of cash to get one, you’re not alone. Thankfully, it seems that Nintendo is aware of the high prices on some of the most sought-after pieces and created a way for players to find these amazing cosmetics in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom without needing to scan these plastic figures. If you’ve been looking for a way to get the Hero of Awakening set, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve got a journey ahead of us, so strap in and get ready for some puzzles.
How to Get Mask Of Awakening in Tears Of The Kingdom
To start this off, go to Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower at coordinates (-1901, 1243, 0297) and launch into the sky. We’re going to be going to the Thundra Plateau at coordinates (-2295, 0935, 0111). You won’t need anything more than your glider to make this short trip, but the Glide Armor may come in handy in the future.
Once you have landed on Thundra Plateau, you’ll need to get to work chopping down at least four trees that are on this island. One is already down, and three more are scattered in this location. Use your Ultrahand and fuse them all together to create one very long log, and place it on the back end of the pillars without a top piece. There are two of them perpendicular to one another, so you’ll know where to place them.

Rotate the logs and set them up on the side of the pillar, and then create a fire to pass the time until noon. You’ll need direct sunlight to make this work, but it will still work even if it is cloudy.
Rotate the logs and set them up on the side of the pillar, and then create a fire to pass the time until noon. You’ll need direct sunlight to make this work, but it will still work even if it is cloudy.
Climb up your makeshift bridge and get to the top of the pillar, and then grab the logs and rotate them so they are straight between the two pillars. A puzzle completion sound will play, and the slab in the middle of this area will open, allowing you to access the inside of the cave. Right at the back of this small cave, a treasure chest containing the Mask of Awakening can be found.

How To Get Tunic Of Awakening in Tears Of The Kingdom
Start at the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower at the coordinates (-3959, -1311, 0422) and set a pin at the spot shown above at coordinates (-2452, 0466, 0277). There are other Skyview Towers you could use to also reach this, but the North Gerudo Sky has a special trick we can use to conserve a bit of Stamina.
Near the coordinates (-3719, -0846, 1713), you’ll come across the Northern Gerudo Sky Archipelago, which has this hovering platform with a Zonai Bow Soldier on it. Quickly dispatch them, and you can utilize the platform and the rockets that are on it to quickly propel yourself forward. There is another special little part about this location, but you’ll need to see it to believe it.
Once you have made it to your destination, be careful, as there is a Gleeok in the distance. These foes are powerful, but if you’re feeling risky, you can challenge them. Just make sure you have plenty of Gibdo Bones and some Mighty Lynel Bows to try and take them down without much fuss.

If you do not want to engage the Gleeok, reach the first large, thick pillar you see to the left, and climb up to the top of it. You’ll find the solution to this puzzle right there.
On top of this pillar, there is a button that you can stand on, which will open the slate door below, letting you into the cave below. Step inside and you’ll find the Tunic of Awakening within, almost fully completing the set. Let’s go get the Pants now.
How To Get Trousers Of Awakening In Tears Of The Kingdom
For the Trousers of Awakening, start at Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, located at coordinates (-0762, -1019, 1147), and set a pin for the Hyrule Colleseum Ruins at coordinates (-1113, -1172, 0049). Launch from the Skyview Tower and make your way here, careful to land outside of the building unless you want a face full of Thunder Gleeok.

As stated above, there is a large, angry Thunder Gleeok in the center of the room. Depending on your level of combat experience, you can try to challenge this creature before completing the puzzle within, or you can quickly dash to the back of the Colleseum before getting hit by the Gleeok’s Thunder attacks.
If you decide to run to the back, use the pillars as a shield while you use the Ultrahand to grab the Claymore in the photo above at coordinates (-1178, -1300, 0046), and place it in the hands of the Statue to its left. Once you have successfully done this, the stone will open revealing the final cave with the final piece of this armor set.
