To find Rough Ruby in LEGO Fortnite, you need to come across Rough Ruby Ore, which is found in the lava caves in the Dry Valley. You will easily spot the Rough Ruby Ore by its bright red color near the lava pools. However, to mine the Rough Ruby Ore, you will need a Rare variant of the Pickaxe to destroy the ore and gather Rough Ruby.
To craft a rare Pickaxe, you will need 3 Flexwood Pieces, 3 Sand Claws, and a Rare Crafting Bench.
Additionally, the Dry Valley area will damage your health due to the high heat level of the lava. For that, you need to come prepared with items that will keep you cool in this area. Consuming Snowberry Shakes will keep you cold for some time. Also, you can wear the Cool-Headed Charm to protect you from the heat.
How to Craft Cut Ruby in LEGO Fortnite
Destroy the Rough Ruby Ore with the Pickaxe to gather Rough Rubies. After you have the required amount of Rough Rubies to craft Cut Rubies, head back to your village and access your Gem Cutter.
You can craft a Gem Cutter with 20 Marble Slabs, 5 Sand Slaws, 5 Rough Amber, and 3 Sand Shells.
Select the recipe for Cut Ruby and add the desired amount of Rough Rubies. It will automatically craft Cut Rubies for you after the slicing process is over.
Now that you have Cut Rubies, you can craft equipment like Inner Fire Charm and Good Luck Charm. You can also use Cut Ruby to make enchantments for your weapons.
