As gruesome as it may be to get them, elemental organs in Palworld are some of the most helpful items you’ll find, as they’re used in numerous crafting and building recipes. Here’s how to find flame, ice, and electric organs and where to use them to improve your gear.
How to Find Flame, Ice and Electric Organs in Palworld
In Palworld, you can get various organs as you catch and defeat Pals. Electric-type Pals drop Electric organs, while ice and fire-type Pals drop ice and flame organs. The exact organ you obtain depends on the Pal you fight.
For example, fire-type Pals like Foxparks are almost guaranteed to drop flame organs each time you catch or eliminate them in combat. If you need ice ones instead, Pengullet is a great option in the early game, as they frequently appear in Grassy Behemoth Hills. Lastly, electric organs drop from Pals like Sparkit and Jolthog.
Make sure you’re careful with ice-type Pals, in particular. It’s easy to mistake water-type ones like Fuack and Teafant for them. Fortunately, Pengullet is a dual water/ice type, allowing you to get the benefits of both types from one Pal.
How to Use Organs in Palworld
Flame, ice, and electric organs are all crafting materials for items and structures. Many recipes require some form of organ, from primitive furnaces using flame organs to the cooler box needing ice ones. Similarly, you can make heat and cold-resistant armor, which all require these organs.
Having each of these on hand or in your storage boxes can also help you prepare if you need to use them in the future, particularly if your armor breaks and you require repairs. Temperature-resistant armor requires these, among other resources, to craft and fix, making flame, ice, and electric organs essential for keeping your character strong.
How to Butcher Pals in Palworld for Extra Resources
Though it may seem cruel, butchering pals is without a doubt the most efficient way of doubling resources in Palworld. Before butchering pals, you’re going to need a Meat Cleaver, of course. This item first unlocks at level 12 in the Technology tree. You’ll need the following to craft it: 20 wood, 5 stone, and 5 Ingots.
To butcher a pal, equip the meat cleaver, exit your base, and select the pal you wish to butcher. You’ll then need to pick the “Butcher” option. You’ll know the dark deed was done if you see the pal pixelated out. Happy…playing.
