There’s no doubt that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has become an iconic game for the battle royale genre over the course of its time in Early Access. For months, players have been fighting away to be the last man standing in massive 100 player battles, and now, PUBG Corporation and Bluehole are ready to pull the game from Early Access, and it will reach its 1.0 version on December 20.
On top of the game’s final version coming available this month, PUBG will also launch on Xbox One Game Preview on December 12, so console fans can finally get a taste of the action-packed battle royale game that helped take the genre to a new level.
