Now that we’ve gotten a solid look at Borderlands 3 with two new trailers, including the initial teaser, the latest title from Gearbox continues to be a popular topic in the gaming world. With an official gameplay reveal coming next month, a few leaks have already begun to surface and the latest is all about the title’s UI.
The latest leak comes from YouTuber SupMatto from an advertisement he saw on YouTube that has reportedly been floating around, though the actual advertisement itself has essentially disappeared from the internet. Luckily, it’s gone but not forgotten as the video at the top of the article shows off the games interface and 3D map that players will be able to enjoy.
In the video, we see a small snippet of gameplay showing off the UI – even as other advertisements that have surfaced seem to be missing this particular feature. Being able to see Amara and Moze in full splitscreen glory is a treat, and the gameplay itself seems to run incredibly smooth. The UI is also clearly visable and doesn’t clog too much in the way of visibility, which is nice. The gameplay too looks familiar with that known cell-shading style that Gearbox is known for.
As for the game itself, Borderlands 3 is poised to make its Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC debut on September 13, 2019. It will also be a timed-exclusive for the Epic Games Store for those looking to play on PC.
