Most of the meta submachine guns were hit with a nerf in the Warzone Season 5 patch and one of those weapons was the H4 Blixen. This SMG was easily in the top five options for the class, and despite some adjustments, it’s still a meta pick with the right loadout.
Raven Software adjusted the Blixen in Season 5, but none of the base stats on the weapon were altered. Instead, two of the popular attachments were changed, including the Bergstrom barrel and the Gorenko 54 Round Mags. With a couple of changes to the attachments list, there is still a viable way to make use of the H4 Blixen, and our guide will show you exactly what is needed.
Warzone Season 5 – Best H4 Blixen Loadout
Now that the Bergstrom 17″ F3 barrel has more recoil and the normal mags are less effective, we want to focus on close-range capabilities. The mid-range sniper support option won’t work as well anymore. Below you’ll find the full list of attachments that are integral to making an H4 Blixen loadout that is still considered a meta option in Warzone Season 5.
- Muzzle: Recoil Booster
- Barrel: Jonsson 9″ RMK
- Underbarrel: SG98 Compact
- Rear Grip: Taped Grip
- Stock: Removed Stock
- Optic: Slate Reflector
- Ammunition: Lengthened
- Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 54 Round Mags
- Perk 1: Fleet
- Perk 2: Quick
Recoil Boosters are the meta muzzle attachments for submachine guns when you build them for close quarters and the same rule applies to the H4 Blixen. We want the booster for the increase in fire rate and overall DPS. The only real negative is a hit to accuracy or control, but it’s well worth the trade-off.
Barrel attachments can also make or break a weapon and for the Blixen, the Jonsson 9″ RMK is the best option after the new patch. Not only will this barrel also help with the fire rate, but the range available will also increase. Mobility and DPS are the most important aspects here and the Jonsson is a perfect match.

Because the main focus of this loadout is mobility along with DPS, the supporting attachments will all help with speed variables. This includes the SG98 Compact, the Taped Grip, and the Removed Stock. Each one of these will help boost the stability and the quickness of the H4 Blixen. Removed stocks especially will make close-quarters fights feel much snappier.
For the magazine slot, the 7.62 Gorenko 54 Round Mags are still used. Despite the nerf in Warzone Season 5 that removed headshot multipliers among other bonuses, the rounds are still a great way to increase DPS and fire rate. Pair this with Lengthened ammunition and you’re good to go with the H4 Blixen loadout.
