Super Mirror 3
This is the new default costume that you start the game with. It differs drastically from the previous two default Bayo outfits and there is a storyline/lore reason for that, but let’s try to stay clear of the spoilers for now.
How to unlock Super Mirror 3 – Unlocked by default when you start the game and finish the prologue.
Super Mirror B1
Japanese street culture/anime style inspired Bayonetta from the parallel universe of Tokyo, Shibuya. That’s what you all wanted, right? Goes very well with crazy hair colors – the default black one doesn’t suit it at all.
How to unlock Super Mirror B1 – Buy it from Rodin’s Store for 4000 Halo Rings. It’s under Rodin’s Treasures menu listed as Super Mirror B1, and will become available once you finish the Tokyo chapter.
Super Mirror B2
Bayonetta as the Chinese Empress? Why not! She looks like she dropped out of some Chinese MMO game but other than that, a very exotic-looking outfit indeed. Works well with color customization so you can create an even more unique look for Bayonetta.
How to unlock Super Mirror B2 – Buy it from Rodin’s Store for 4000 Halo Rings. It’s under Rodin’s Treasures menu listed as Super Mirror B1 and will appear in the store after completing the Ancient China chapter.
Super Mirror B3
This one is based on ancient Egyptian culture and makes Bayonetta look somewhat like battle-ready Cleopatra. That haircut is on point! Also, this one reveals the most skin for all of you “photo mode enthusiasts” out there.
How to unlock Super Mirror B3 – Buy it from Rodin’s Store for 4000 Halo Rings. It’s under Rodin’s Treasures menu listed as Super Mirror B1 and will be available for purchase only after you finish the Egyptian chapter.
Super Mirror B4
The Phantom Thief Witch costume makes Bayonetta look like a classic cabaret Frenchie or something like that. Heavy makeup makes her look almost like a mime, and if you dye Bayo’s hair green you can almost get some kind of Joker cosplay. Not the most exotic outfit out there but it can be heavily customized with different colors. For some reason, this one just makes me sad, from all of the alternative universe Bayonettas, this one’s fortune was the most depressing.
How to unlock Super Mirror B4 – Buy it from Rodin’s Store for 4000 Halo Rings. It’s under Rodin’s Treasures menu listed as Super Mirror B1 and becomes available after the Paris chapter.
Super Mirror
The one everyone was waiting to unlock from the start of the game. The OG, the classic, it is the Bayonetta’s look from the original 2009 game. Looks even better and more detailed in Bayonetta 3.
How to unlock Super Mirror – Buy it from Rodin’s Store, it’s under Rodin’s Treasures menu listed as Super Mirror B1, and costs 4000 Halo Rings. Available after you finish the game.
Super Mirror 2
Remember the Wii U days? Ugh… yeah. Well, Bayonetta 2 was cool, at least. Here is the short-haired version of Bayo from the 2014 sequel.
How to unlock Super Mirror 2 – Buy it from Rodin’s Store under Rodin’s Treasures menu. You’ll find it listed as Super Mirror B1 for 4000 Halo Rings. Available after you finish the game.
But wait, there is one more, a secret, hidden one…
Super Mirror 0
This one is a full-on major spoiler, but yeah if you know – you know.
How to unlock Super Mirror 0 – You need to buy Old Picture Book for 4100 Halo Rings from Rodin’s Treasures that will be added to the shelf on the Chapter Select screen and go on a hunt for some hidden keys in the chaotic rift stages (remember those in-between zones with flying rocks) in order to unlock it. Look for hidden floating keys! They are usually in hard-to-reach places.
Once you’ve got them all, the Old Picture Book will be unlocked and you can enter a new special stage. In the Picture Book stage, find and interact with three Inferno Flowers to finish their rhythmic mini-games. Then, backtrack to the beginning of the zone for a cutscene after which the Super Mirror 0 will become available to purchase in Rodin’s Store under Rodin’s Treasures.
So there you have it, those are all available Bayonetta outfits that are in the game right now, will there be more? Who knows. So far, it seems Platinum Games doesn’t have plans for any kind of DLC.
