Battlefield 1 Tips
- Use cover to your advantage. Though Battlefield is not a cover-based shooter, obstacles and walls will still play a valuable part in helping you stay alive.
- Play to your class. If you’re running a Medic class, be sure to make use your the gadgets and items at your disposal. Revive teammates, and toss out health packs to help your team stay alive and in the fight.
- Watch your flank. Due to the openness of Battlefield maps, it is vitally important to always keep an eye on where you’re coming from. You never know when an enemy is going to come up behind you. Be prepared to take them out when they do.
- Communicate with your team. Yelling at your team doesn’t do you any good. Instead, be sure to make the most of the game’s built in communication systems to give your squad-mates updates on your location, enemy movements, and more.
- Spot all the things. Spotting is a vitally important part of the Battlefield experience. Be sure to spot enemy soldiers, airplanes, tanks, and other vehicles to let your teammates know what is headed their way.
- Reload often to make sure you never get caught within enough ammo to take down your enemies. Find out how many bullets it takes to take down an enemy, and always make sure you’re reloaded and ready to roll when another enemy pops up.
- Find which class and weapons work best for you. Not everyone is meant to be a sniper, just like not everyone is meant to be a pilot. Find out which roles work best for you, and play the game to your strengths. Not only will you enjoy it more, but you’ll also be a greater asset to your team, allowing you to conquer your enemies.
