Shadow of War Tips
- You can heal yourself at any time by using the Drain power on enemies. To make use of this ability, run up to an enemy and press the Drain button (which will depend upon your console of choice). Doing this will restore a small portion of your health back to you, allowing you to continue the fight.
- Shadow of War includes a lot of depth, and learning how to make use of every mechanic that the game offers is extremely important. You can easily see which mechanics and controls you need to learn by opening up the game’s built-in Guide. To do this, press the Pause button, then navigate to the Guide option, where you’ll find instructions for every mechanic you need to know about the game.
- Gain Intel on your enemies by approaching Worms and pressing the Interrogate button (it’s the same button as Drain). This will reveal the Strengths and Weaknesses of Captains, which will make fighting them much, much easier.
- The fastest way to replenish your Elf-Shot or Health is to fast travel to an Haedir. Doing this will completely recharge your Health and your Elf-Shot, which will allow you to continue fighting.
- You can use the Wraith power to spot in-game opportunities for combat. You’ll find things that you can interact with, shoot, or even make use of to take enemies out, or disrupt enemy patrols.
