The Dragon’s Dogma 2’s Character Creator could be a wonderful tool if you’re one of those creative persons. It allows you to create a perfect character before the game launches on March 22nd, and the tool has led to some amazing creations. However, certain fans have also managed to create some pretty grim abominations.
Ugliest Characters Made With Dragon’s Dogma 2’s Character Creator
Re-Gran-Imated
I have no idea about what this character creation is meant to be, and what Reddit user r/MoonCrisisPower attempted to create in the first place. However, the character looks grotesque, hideous, and something that would be present in my worst nightmares — or a Stephen King novel. Either way, I will certainly not have created something like this using the Dragon’s Dogma 2’s Character Creator out of sheer fear.
Cat
If you want to show love for your beloved pet, Dragon’s Dogma 2’s Character Creator tool might not be a good place. This character creation by u/Skellyheart is a good example of the tool’s limitation, especially if you want your pawn to look like a creature.
Junji Ito’s Favorite Creation
If you have read the works of Junji Ito, you know what horror is. Ito’s works have always fascinated me due to his strange take on macabre in general, and this creation by Reddit user u/Tclacuachi resembles something you could find in such works. It’s also incredibly reminiscent of Jigsaw from the SAW films — which seems to be the pure inspiration for this horrifying masterpiece.
Kratos
When it comes to video games, Kratos has become one of the most recognized names – all thanks to the long list of God of War video games. Naturally, several fans have tried to recreate him in other video games like Elden Ring and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands (since they have their own character creators). It’s safe to say that user u/The-Green-Titan almost nailed recreating Kratos using the Dragon’s Dogma 2’s Character Creator, but it’s still in the uncanny valley.
Swamp Dweller
When the creator of a character defines their own creation as “greasy disgusting”, I believe there couldn’t be a better entry on this list. I am still unsure of what sliders resulted in this particular creation by u/Beneficial_Inside_75, but it sure fits the title of this article. However, if ugliness is used as a parameter, this creation certainly tops the list, and can also be considered as a job well done.
There have been some amazing creations with the Dragon’s Dogma 2’s Character Creator tool as well. Make sure to check this out for some inspiration.
