It was only a matter of time before downloadable content began rolling in for Activision’s Call of Duty: Ghosts, and now it appears that the first pack finally has a release date for Xbox 360 and Xbox One – we’ll be seeing the first pack, Onslaught, on January 28th.
Although official details have yet to roll in, Infinity Ward did post a quick Instagram teaser giving us an idea what to expect. The teaser, which can be viewed here, takes place in a dark, creepy forest, where you actually get to play as the legendary Halloween killer Michael Myers.
Additional details from GameStop indicate that four new maps, Fog Containment, Bayview and Ignition, will be included, along with a bonus Maverick AR and Sniper Rifle. Activision should confirm these details over the next few days.
The Onslaught map pack will be available free of charge to those who subscribed to the Season Pass. Regular pricing hasn’t been confirmed just yet, but we’re guessing it’ll be about $14.99.
Look for more details soon.
