We’re just a couple of weeks away from getting our hands on The Last of Us, the latest PlayStation 3 project from Uncharted creators Naughty Dog. This game has been a long time coming, but it’s looking like it has been worth the wait… and the story doesn’t end with what’s on the disc.
Naughty Dog has revealed that the game will have three additional pieces of content, including an all new chapter in the main story as well as two multiplayer maps.
Yes multiplayer is coming to The Last of Us, though Naughty Dog hasn’t revealed details on how it will work just yet – but we should know more in just a few days time.
Meanwhile, there is a Season Pass for the game priced at $19.99 that lets you get all the content at a 30 percent savings over buying it individually. In addition, snagging the Season Pass also grants you access to Day 1 Bonuses like in-game upgrades and an exclusive documentary titled Grounded that talks about the game’s creation. You can pre-order it now on PlayStation Network.
The Last of Us hits stores and PlayStation Network on June 14th.
