Just recently, Square Enix announced that NieR Automata surpassed 5.5 million copies sold both physically and digitally in just four years. NieR is certainly becoming a muc more popular franchise after the release of Automata, and NieR Replicant is bringing the original game back to life with fully reworked combat from Platinum Games.
The opening cinematic sure asks a lot more questions than it answers, but that’s what makes it intriguing. There are plenty of new characters that fans of Automata will get to meet in this journey.
Are you ready to experience NieR Replicant for the first time? Luckily we don’t have to wait much longer as the game releases on April 22.
