With the launch of Nioh 2 just around the corner, fans are getting excited to jump into the action that the anticipated prequel has to offer. That said, Team Ninja has officially released the launch trailer, which should help players understand exactly how they can unleash their darkness.
As can be seen in the launch trailer below, there is no shortage of action to come in Nioh 2 when it releases this Friday. Much like the first entry, players will once again use an array of authentic samurai weapons to defeat their foes in 16th century Japan. “Defy your own mortality and unleash your inner darkness across the violent feudal land of Sengoku era Japan and the deadly Dark Realm, in this savage action RPG sequel,” reads the game’s official description.
Nioh 2 is set to arrive on March 13th for the PlayStation 4. In case you don’t know what to expect from the upcoming prequel to Nioh, here’s more:
