A littler under a month before its release, ATLUS has unveiled a 10-minute video with short snips of selected tracks from Persona 5 Tactica’s original soundtrack, which is set to release the same day of the game, November 17, 2023.
Persona 5 Tactica’s soundtrack brings back Lyn Inaizumi’s iconic vocals and the composer Toshiki Konishi’s arrangements. They have already worked together on Persona 5’s and Persona 5 Royal’s respective soundtracks, so we know we are getting some bangers.
The OST will be released in both digital and physical formats, with slight differences between their contents. The digital version will feature 102 songs from the game and its day-one DLC, while the physical version will include two additional unused tracks, plus another two demo tracks, for a grand total of 106 songs distributed over five discs.
The physical version will also include a booklet with special content such as the story behind the music production, as told by Konishi himself, and some details of the equipment employed in the making of the tracks, plus a variety of pictures.
The soundtrack features mostly new original tunes, though it also brings back past popular themes in the form of remixes, like in the case of “Beneath the Mask”. Persona 5 Tactica will be released on November 17 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Steam. Be sure not to miss the Phantom Thieves’ newest adventure!
