We’ve already talked about the Xbox One release of PUBG quite a bit, including our articles on how much will PUBG cost on Xbox One, as well as some of our guides like how to reduce lag in PUBG on the Xbox One. Of course, none of that even matters unless players can pick up and purchase the game.

Since the launch of PUBG on Steam’s Early Access program, over 24 million fans have purchased and downloaded the game, with many putting in hundreds of hours over the course of the year. Now Xbox One players will be the first to get to experience the joy of the fast paced 100-man battles that have made PUBG such a massive game on the PC, right from the comfort of their Xbox One.

Of course, one of the biggest things that players will have to look forward to is the plethora of upgrades in store for them as the game develops and evolves with the Xbox One community. Shipping out today, the game comes very much like it did when the original PC version released in March of this year. There are quite a few upgrades under the hood, as well as the new vaulting that is currently only available through the PC test server. Aside from that, though, players will only have access to Solo, Squad, and Duo third-person perspective servers, with the introduction of first-person-perspective to come further down the line.

You can pick up PUBG on your Xbox One starting right now, so be sure to head to the Xbox One store and pick up the game today if you want to throw your hat in the ring and try to win yourself one of those sweet Chicken Dinners. Make sure you’re ready for the game by checking out our PUBG guide.
