Sony, looking to get a jump on the competition for the holiday season, is ready to make its PlayStation Store more accessible for everyone – no matter what you’re buying.
The company has announced that they are revamping the design for their online store, where you can purchase all sorts of goods. The store will relaunch in the U.S. on October 23rd, and a few days earlier, on the 17th, in Europe. We included a small screenshot above to get an idea what to expect, and here’s a description of store features from Sony themselves:
“Aside from the totally re-imagined user interface with brilliant visuals and branded destinations that showcase content, the new PlayStation Store also adds predictive search, improving filtering to make search easier and faster. It also offers more in-depth information about purchases, demos and free trials, as well as movies, TV shows, games and apps, letting users browse and discover new types of content.”
We like the fact there’s a better search option, rather than just a little icon with a magnifying glass. Makes things easier!
