Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is full of moments where you get to interact with the other townsfolk by enjoying wholesome festivities where everyone comes together. In the beginning, this allows you to choose who you would like to marry, and later, spend the festival with your family. So, what festivities can you partake in? Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life Festivals
The year in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is made up of four seasons which each last two days. In each season, there is a festival to celebrate life in Forgotten Valley. You can participate in the following festivals.
- New Year’s Festival
- Fireworks Festival
- Harvest Banquet
- Starlight Concert
New Year’s Festival
What: A potluck-style New Year’s party hosted by Ramona.
When: Spring 1 between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Where: Ramona’s Villa.
When you leave your house on the morning of Spring 1, you will be greeted by Sebastian who will tell you that he was popping in to invite you to the New Year’s Festival. He will tell you that you should bring a dish to the event to share as well. Make sure that it is a complete dish that you are bringing and not just a product. Go to Ramona’s Villa during the event time for the New Year’s Festival and when you enter her home, the event will be triggered. Just to note that even though this event is on the first day of the year, you will not see it during your first year as you have just moved into town.

Fireworks Festival
What: A fireworks display on the beach.
When: Summer 2 in the evening.
Where: The beach.
The Fireworks Festival takes in the evening on Forgotten Valley’s beach. Either head to the beach or head home to have Charlie and Cole mention the Fireworks Festival to you and insist that you attend. The first year you will be able to choose who you want to watch the fireworks with and from then on you will attend with your own family.
Harvest Banquet
What: A shared meal where everyone brings an ingredient to add.
When: Autumn 5 between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Where: Lei-Over Inn.
When you leave your house in the morning, Vesta will greet you and invite you to participate in the Harvest Banquet. She asks that you bring an ingredient to add to what they are cooking. Head over to Lei-Over Inn during the allotted time period and Lou will ask for your ingredient. Fruit, vegetables, milk, cheese, eggs, and butter are all suitable ingredients. Hand it to her and participate in the festivities.
Starlight Concert
What: A musical performance under the stars.
When: Winter 5 between the hours of 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Where: Gustafa’s Yurt.
When you leave your house in the morning Garrett will invite you and provide you with the details for the Starlight Concert. You can trigger the event by heading to Gustafa’s Yurt during the allotted hours. The first year you will be prompted to choose who you want to spend the concert with and every year after you will spend it with your family. After the performance, you will witness shooting stars and have a choice as to what you want to wish for.
The choices are as follows.
Year One
- “I wish I was rich!”
- “I want ‘potential partner’ and I to grow closer”
- “I hope to get along with everyone in the valley”
Year Two and Beyond
- “I wish I was rich!”
- “I want my family to grow closer together”
- “I hope to get along with everyone in the valley”
- “I’d love for my child to take an interest in farming”
Once you make your choice, the event will end, and you will head home to go to sleep so that you wake up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for another day of farmwork.
