Whether you’re eager to participate in 5-star raids against Deoxys or are awaiting Fashion Week near the end of the month, there’s plenty to enjoy as this month continues. Like every month, though, one of the highlights is the Spotlight Hours each week. All Pokemon Go September 2022 Spotlight Hours
To help mark the beginning of the Season of Light, the Spotlight Hours officially begin on September 6 and continue weekly until September 27. Spotlight Hours feature one specific Pokemon each week, increasing their spawn rates and providing various bonuses for catching them. Below is the full list of each:
- September 6, from 6-7 PM in your local timezone, is the Munna Spotlight Hour. During this period, you’ll gain X2 Stardust for each Munna Pokemon you catch.
- September 13, from 6-7 PM in your local timezone, is the Ralts Spotlight Hour. You’ll gain X2 XP for each Ralts Pokemon you catch during this time.
- September 20, from 6-7 PM in your local timezone, is the Aron Spotlight Hour. During this hour, you’ll gain X2 Candy for each Aron Pokemon you catch.
- September 27, from 6-7 PM in your local timezone, is the Minccino Spotlight Hour. You’ll gain X2 Candy for each Minccino Pokemon you transfer throughout this period.

Alongside the hour Spotlight Hours, there are numerous other events to celebrate throughout the entire month of September. Notable events include the Deoxys 5-Star Raid from September 1-13, Yveltal raids from September 27 to October 8 and other one-day mini events.
