With Regigigas finally making its way to regular five-star raids for a limited time, trainers face a considerably challenging foe! From May 24 (10AM local time) to June 1 (10AM local time), players can team up to battle Regigigas either locally or remotely, depending on their preferred method. With such a short period of time that the King of the Legendary Titans is available and the knowledge that it might be quite some time before it is reintroduced into raids in the future, it is best to catch it whilst it is available. Therefore, what better way to be prepared to take on Regigigas than to use counters against it? Luckily for you, you can find a list of all of Regigigas’ counters in Pokemon GO below.
How to Best Defeat Regigigas in Pokemon GO
Regigigas is a considerably strong opponent with 55,480 CP, and so its weakness needs to be considered when selecting counters. Regigigas is a sole Normal-type Pokemon, and therefore its weakness is solely Fighting type Pokemon. It is recommended that you enter the raid with five fellow trainers. Another important note is that Regigigas is boosted by Partly Cloudy weather, making it harder to defeat but stronger upon catching. With this in mind, it is still possible to defeat Regigigas with fewer trainers if you have the proper counters, and they are listed below.

Using the above Pokemon, I was able to successfully defeat Regigigas with four other trainers, and luckily enough, mine was even shiny. If you cannot use some of the Pokemon above, try to use your strongest Fighting-move user, and with teamwork, you should be victorious.
