Now, there is not a set numerical mark for every single item in the latest entry in the Call of Duty franchise. This means you will reach the highest potential for various weapons at different times. An example of this is that the max weapon level for the M4A1 assault rifle is 71 in this Call of Duty game.
However, the maximum for the SCAR assault rifle is 65, while the ceiling for the MP7 submachine gun is 54. This difference in the highest levels you can attain is due to the number of attachments that are available for each weapon.
