From the time you water cotton to harvesting, it takes around 25 minutes for the plant to grow fully. However, for the crop to grow, you’ll have to water it unless it rains outside. Forgetting this will pause its growth time, preventing you from harvesting it.
Alternatively, to speed up the process, you can use Miracle Growth Elixirs on your Royal Watering Can to instantly sprout your plants. To make a regular elixir, you need ten Vitalys Crystals and Rich Soil, while the Even More Miraculous form requires 25. You also need Dreamlight, so make sure you have plenty to spare!

How to Get Cotton in Disney Dreamlight Valley
