The new Destiny 2 Warmind DLC has added a slew of weapons to the game, but one specific weapons that players have been eager to obtain is the Worldline Zero exotic sword. At first it wasn’t clear how exactly you could find the Worldline Zero exotic sword in Destiny 2, but fear not, we’ve got all the details you need right here. Read on to find out how to get the Worldline Zero exotic sword in Destiny 2: Warmind.
Worldline Zero Exotic Sword in Warmind
- Collect 35 Latent Memories on Mars
In order to unlock the Worldline Zero exotic sword you need to first visit Mars, which is the new location that was added in the Warmind DLC. There are 45 Latent Memories scattered across Mars via holographic data pieces. You’ve probably already come across a few of these during your travels. If you wish to unlock the Worldline Zero exotic sword, you’re going to need to find 35 of the 45 Latent Memories.
To collect the Latent Memories you must first destroy the Latent Memories, which isn’t as easy as it may sound. Each Latent Memory is a specific element type, so if a Latent Memory is Arc, Solar, Kinetic or Void, it has to be destroyed using that same element, or no element if we’re talking about Kinetic. In addition, there are some Latent Memories that you won’t be able to destroy using any elements and damage types.
Latent Memories immune to all damage types will have electricity running through them. This indicates that you must destroy them with a Valkyrie. These special Latent Memories generally are not located far from public event spawn points, which means it’s usually pretty easy to pick up a Valkyrie in close proximity to the Latent Memories. You can also find Valkyries via the Rasputin Armory Codes as well.
Gather 35 Latent Memories and make your way into the Core Terminus lost sector to find a terminal. Look in the Braytech Futurescape part of Mars, which is pretty close to where you encounter Ana Bray. Make your way through the lost sector until you come across a large cache in the corner of a room. You’ll get the message, “ANSERIS – 35 Cache Data Required” when you get close, so you know you’re in the right place. If you have collected 35 Latent Memories you can interact with the cache to collect your Worldline Zero exotic sword.
