Diablo 4’s second season – Season of Blood – ends on January 24, 2024. Let’s take a minute to talk about why that matters and what you should be aiming for while there’s still time.
Diablo 4 Season 2 Checklist
Finish the Battle Pass
The first, and most obvious goal for the season should probably be to round out the 90-tier season pass to earn all the cosmetic rewards before they’re gone, presumably, for good. These include mounts, mount armor and trophies, and cosmetic armor and weapons.
The premium Battle Pass costs 1,000 Platinum, which is $9.99. It refunds only a cheeky 666 Platinum, meaning you’re basically out $3.50 in premium currency even if you finish the whole thing. Still, these rewards are a hell of a lot cheaper than the items in the in-game shop.
Finish the Season Journey
The Seasonal Journey, which can be seen from the Season tab in the pause screen, or by pressing U on your keyboard. The Journey is split into, essentially, six Chapters. Each one has its own, increasingly complex and difficult set of tasks, which are designed to guide you through the seasonal content in a smooth progression.
These Chapters also have their own rewards, including new Legendary Aspects, mounts, and cosmetics. The cosmetics are really the only source of “FOMO” here since any gear or Aspect rewards will roll over to the Eternal realm when the Season ends. So take a look through your Journey and aim to complete those Chapters if you’re interested in the rewards!
