Every patch series, there are a new group of mounts to collect; in Heavensward, we had the Lanners, Stormblood had the Kamuys, Shadowbringers the Gwibers, and now Endwalker has the Lynx mounts. If you’re looking to obtain the Lynx of Righteous Fire, you will need to obtain it as a drop from the Mount Ordeals Extreme trail introduced in patch 6.3.
The drop rate is abysmally low, which means you’ll need to run the Trial a lot, and it’s difficult. So you’ll need to have a lot of patience and grind out the trial as often as possible. Even if the mount drops in the loot table, you’re still rolling on it against the other players in the Trial to win it. If you’re playing with a static group, you can coordinate who gets it, but if you’re teaming up in a party finder with randoms, you’ll need to be extra lucky.

Eventually, a system for totems will be put in place where you can trade in 99 totems to get the mount, but that usually doesn’t come until much later. So if you’re looking for the Lynx of Righteous Fire now, you will have to get lucky.
