As usual for FIFA 23 Team of the Week, there are many big names and surprises for Week 16. Included with these names is a welcome party for Cristiano Ronaldo, who is putting on a show for his new club and fans of Al Nassr.
While one of football’s greatest-ever players with the most goals scored in the history of football settles into his new home, another forward from Ligue 1 cannot stop scoring goals and getting recognition for his output. That player is none other than Frenchman Wissam Ben Yedder.

League with the Most Players in FIFA 23’s Team of the Week
The German Bundesliga leads the way this week with four players making the Week 16 cut. Coming in strongly behind the German’s top league is the Italian Serie A, Spanish La Liga, and French Ligue 1, all with three players. Surprisingly, the EPL only boast two players on the list — is it still the best league in the world?
Who’s the Most Surprising Player to Make the List?
Benedict Hollerbach from SVWW, or SV Wehen Wiesbaden. The center-forward is among the less recognized names on the list of best players for the week, and players in the third division in Germany, 3. Liga.
That’s a wrap for FIFA 23’s Team of the Week and what items to look out for in FUT. Question: will it hurt to have Cristiano as an additional option in SBC? I think not. He is a living legend.
