Unfortunately for those in Dimitri’s camp, you wind up having to fight her. Fire Emblem Three Houses Cornelia Defeat Guide: Blue Lions Route Quest

If you’ve picked the Blue Lions Route, then you’ll be met fairly late in the game — Chapter 18 specifically — with the repercussions of betrayal from within the Holy Kingdom itself. Dimitri is framed by Cornelia for the murder of his uncle, and essentially imprisoned while the latter rules and lets the Adrestian Empire in. Chapter 18 involves you and your House forces reclaiming the Capital, and part of this process will involve defeating Cornelia and her assorted forces. While you might appear to have bitten off more than you can chew, Chapter 18’s battle goal is to simply defeat Cornelia so you can largely play a game of cat and mouse with her other forces if you’re smart about it.

To defeat Cornelia, you’ll have to go through a bunch of Titanus, regular soldiers, and well, herself. The easiest way around all your troubles would be to try and avoid engaging the Titanus directly. Sure, you’ve probably got Byleth more than capable of thrashing these, but they’re a pain to deal with in terms of positioning with the rest of your squad. Keep everyone topped up in terms of health because the enemies you encounter here are going to pretty relentless. If you’ve got the space and the frame of mind to take down the Thief that shows up during the middle of the battle, then you’ll gain the rare Tathlum bow as a reward. We’d recommend picking away slowly at the Titanus with your more mobile units and to keep this attack strategy up consistently while you send stronger members of your party past the distracted enemies to take care of Cornelia once and for all.

Now that you’ve got our Fire Emblem Three Houses Cornelia Defeat guide well in hand, it should be easy for you to clinch victory if you’re on Team Blue Lions.
