Fire Emblem Three Houses Recruiting Students Guide — What About the Teachers?

Before you despair at the fact that none of the teaching staff were on the lists above regardless of their faction allegiances, don’t get too down. You’ll be able to recruit Manuela, Alois, Hanneman, and others so long as you have a high enough social relationship with them. This seems to pan out at around a B, which is the same level that we’d recommend when you’re getting to know your students as well in the ‘Come Join the Dark Side’ process.

If you’re unsure about how to get your students’ support levels or the staff support levels up, check out our Likes and Dislikes guide for the Blue Lions along with entries for the other houses. We’ll make sure that you’re always decked out with gifts designed to max out your social synergy. Once you’ve managed to raise the support rank of the people you’re into, and you’ve met their minimum skill requirements based on what their academic interests are, you’ll be well on the way to making sure they’re on your team.
