Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 brings with it a number of new things for players to do from trying out new weapons to locating new characters, there are no shortage of activities to enjoy. When it comes to speaking to characters in the game, some have been having trouble finding them all.
Alternatively, there are those who are simply curious as to who they may come across during their time in Fortnite while Chapter 2 Season 6 is live. To give you a better idea of what you can expect, we’ve put together a guide going over all of the characters in Fortnite and where you can find them!
Update: NPC #17 has finally been added to the game, so we’ve updated our map accordingly. Updated info adds NPC #17 aka Sparkplug who can be found inside the Gas Station at Catty Corner.
Update: We’ve added the location of NPCs added after the start of Season 6 including Derby Dominator, Galactico, Shot Stopper, and Orelia.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 | Where to Find All Characters
Fortnite players looking to complete the “Characters” section of their collection during Chapter 2 Season 6 will need to head out and find NPCs to talk to. In total, there are 46 main characters that you can interact with in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 and 4 bonus characters.
In the map image above, we’ve marked the locations of the 46 main NPCs on the map. If you’re looking for a specific character, we’ve got a list below of all 46 and where their locations are listed based on their Collections listing.

Bonus Characters
- Derby Dominator – Located on the eastern edge of Holly Hedges in the soccer field to the right of a large, multistory home.
- Galactico – Located in the center of Pleasant Park at the large soccer field area.
- Shot Stopper – Located at the southeast edge of Dirty Docks in a soccer field to the south of the warehouse where NPC #5 Tess can be found.
- Orelia – Located at Isla Nublada, a small island on the southern edge of the Fortnite map where you find the golden assault rifle as part of the Lara Croft outfit quests.
During Chapter 2 Season 6 in Fortnite, characters will offer you a number of things from Quests where you can earn Bars, to the ability to Activate Prop Disguise. You can upgrade weapons by speaking to characters, purchase items and weapons, and hire some of these NPCs to team up with you during a match.
Even if you aren’t interested in purchasing anything from a character or hiring them, it’s worth visiting them all and speaking to them as it’ll help you complete the “Characters” section of your Collections.
