The Closed Beta for Valorant is currently underway, and players have the chance to gain access and experience everything that Riot Games’ new first-person shooter has to offer. However, they will have to meet specific requirements to be able to get one of the Twitch drops that will grant them access to the Closed Beta. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know about these Twitch drops covered for you!
How do Valorant Twitch Drops Work?
Players first must make sure that their Riot Games account is connected to their account for the streaming platform. You can check to see if your accounts are connected here.
Interested individuals will then need to head to the game’s directory on the streaming platform, which can be found here. You will then need to watch streams that state they have Twitch drops enabled. You will know a stream is officially eligible to drop access for the Closed Beta if it looks like the example in the image below:
All that you will need to do next is watch one of these streams and wait to see if the RNG gods have blessed you with access. You will know when you receive access when a red notification icon appears on the bell in the top right of your screen when you are watching indicating you have gotten one of the Twitch drops.
