If you want to complete the Battle Pass challenges for Week 7 of the Fortnite Seaso n5 Battle Pass, then you’re going to need to know how to find the Hidden Star and unlock the Road Trip skin. Not only will this grant you more progression towards your Battle Pass completion, but it will also give you a nice new skin that you can show off to people. Here’s everything you need to know to find the hidden battle star and unlock the Road Trip skin in Fortnite Battle Royale.
How to Find the Hidden Battle Star
Before we get started, there are a couple of things that we’ll need to notate. First, you won’t be given a clue for this challenge until after you have completed the other Week 7 challenges that you have to complete. Now, once you have completed all of the different challenges, it’s time to dive into this one.If you take a look at the image below–one of the loading screens that you unlock for completing the challenges this week–then you should notice two things. First, there’s a massive rift spewing out a motel sign, and second, there seem to be some kind of futuristic soldiers on the sign.
However, that’s not all there is. If you really look closely you should be able to see the faint outline of a Battle Star, painted on the edge of the hill in the background, underneath the ruined motel sign that is flying through the air. Now, the focal point of the image—the center of it all—is very clearly the motel sign. This is the next part of the clue.
This particular motel sign belongs to a small motel that can be found on the northern end of the island, around in the D2 cube. Here you can find motel, which contains this particular Battle Star, just to the northwest of Lazy Links. Head to the location and then look out for a small swimming pool. The Battle Star itself can be found at the end of the wall that separates the pool from the parking lot of the motel. Come close to it to claim it. Just be ready, as others might have the same idea.
