Persona 5 Tactica is the newest addition to the Phantom Thieves’ adventures. It features a new grid-based battle system, and a cartoonish art-style that’s really fun to watch. If this game has caught your attention, you might be wondering how long it takes to beat Persona 5 Tactica?
How Long Does It Take to Beat Persona 5 Tactica?
In a casual gameplay, the main story should take you between 35 and 40 hours to complete. Of course, this depends on many factors, like the difficulty you’re playing on, and how completionist you want to be. If you want to obtain all achievements and complete every side mission, the total playtime would be around 50 hours. A pretty decent time for a spin-off Persona game!
Remember that this is only an estimated guide, and you should play the game however you like. If you want to play on the lowest difficulty and rush through the missions because you’re invested in where the story is going, that’s cool. Or on the other hand, you’d rather get every Persona, weapon, and master the combat style, don’t even take a look at how long you’re taking.
If you’ve also acquired the DLC, the additional story “Repaint Your Heart” featuring Joker’s companions from Persona 5 Royal, Akechi and Kasumi, you’re looking at an extra 4 hours of thievery action. Altogether, this would sum up a total of 40 to 55 hours of gameplay for the entirety of Persona 5 Tactica.
All this time will be split between the 52 missions and 15 quests that are distributed among the 4 Kingdoms (not counting the DLC one). It’s an excellent amount of time to invest in a game if maybe you felt that the 100+ hours required to beat the main Persona 5/Royal games were a bit too much of a commitment.
In any case, even if it’s in a smaller, more concentrated presentation, Tactica is downright a quality game, full of side missions, that paints new life to the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.
