How to Make Tons of Money in No Man’s Sky
Normally you’d need to travel around and complete a ton of side missions, unlock a lot of planets and creatures, and just amass a ton of research data or items to make a ton of money in No Man’s Sky. Now, though, with a new item that players have found, you can easily start racking in a good bit of money by just crafting a simple item.
The item that you’ll want to craft is called a cryo-pump, and it sells for roughly 2 million units depending on the location that you sell it at. It’s also an easy item to craft, as you only need two items to craft it, which means you won’t need to gather up a lot of useless junk to make it happen.
All you need to craft cryo-pumps are hot ice and thermic condensate. Both of these materials only cost around half a million credits combined on the galactic trade market, so finding them in the marketplace will give you a nice option to build from. The biggest problem, though, is going to be finding a trade market that has at least one of these items in stock, or even a market that has both of them in stock.
Once you find that market, you can start crafting them and get right to it. You can sell these items for anywhere from 2 million units, and upwards, as far as we were able to find. This makes it really easy to dive in and start making money really quickly—barring that you’re lucky enough to have a station with the right ingredients and find the blueprint for it early on.
