Relying on loot from taking down tough enemies isn’t the only way to get Nightmare Sigils in Diablo 4. Once you make enough progress in the game and you have the resources, you can simply craft the Sigils you want. My guide will cover how you can craft them and what materials you need.
Diablo 4 Nightmare Sigil Crafting Guide
To start crafting Nightmare Sigils you must clear a Tier 3 Nightmare Dungeon in Diablo 4. After you clear your first Tier 3 dungeon, you will get a Priority quest from the Occultist in Kyovashad. Simply speaking to the Occultist will unlock the two hidden tabs at the vendor. As soon as I finished the quest and spoke to the Occultist again, I could craft sigils and salvage them for Sigil Powder.
Once you have these options unlocked, you need Sigil Powder and gold to craft Nightmare Sigils. Each set of tiers will cost more powder, starting at a mere three and going all the way up to 400. In total, there are 100 tiers of Nightmare Sigils that range all the way into World Tier 4.

The most important aspect of crafting the Nightmare Sigils is having enough Sigil Powder on hand. You can get powder by salvaging any of the sigils from your inventory. However, simply completing Nightmare Dungeons is the best way to farm the powder required.
This whole system in Diablo 4 works like a traditional progression system where you must play through lower-level tiers before moving on. As you get to the higher tiers, especially in World Tier 4, the powder will drop in higher quantities.
