How to Customize the Ikran in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

Like your various pieces of armor and weaponry, you can spend time customizing your Ikran to suit your aesthetic style in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. To accomplish this, open the inventory system and look in the top left of the screen. There, you will see a small picture of your Ikran. Select this. It opens to the screen shown below, with five individual customization tabs to play around with.

It’s important to note that the leftmost tab is full-body customizations, such as cosmetic sets that you purchase from the in-game microtransaction store or the pre-order bonus items. These sets completely override any other customizations you select, so only use them if you enjoy the full set.

The leftmost circle offers a complete cosmetic transformation, replacing all equipped items on your Ikran for a unified appearance. Other tabs focus on specific elements like headgear, riding gear, streamers, and skin patterns. Acquire these accessories by completing quests or looting Ikran Gear Baskets, often located in mountainous or elevated regions. Each basket contains a single item for your Ikran.

How to Unlock Cosmetics for Your Ikran

There are various ways to unlock cosmetics for your Ikran. You will receive some as quest rewards during usual gameplay, both from the side and main quests. Then, there is a chance to unlock cosmetics by looting containers, specifically from points in the floating mountains.

But if you don’t feel like exploring the gorgeous world of Pandora, the other option is to use real money to purchase Tokens for the in-game microtransaction store. Here, you can buy various cosmetics, including Ikran customization options such as skins and armor.

The only thing better than flying on a customized Ikran of your very own is flying alongside a friend through the open air of Pandora. Here’s all about the multiplayer component in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora!
