Honkai: Star Rail is officially available to play! The newest game by Hoyoverse is seeing a beautiful debut but how do you get it onto your lovely system? Luckily, this game is flexible as both a mobile game and available on PC. So no matter what system you have, you should be able to download it on some console in one form or another. Except for Xbox users… you may still be in for a wait.
Downloading the Honkai: Star Rail Launcher
Naturally, the first thing you will do to get the game is download it from the official Honkai: Star Rail site. Don’t worry about anything nasty coming along with it. Hundreds and thousands of users have done so ahead of you with no issues whatsoever! Ain’t it grand to be fashionably late?
Once the game is downloaded, be sure to run it on the computer, and the program will start the rest for you. Allow the game to make changes to your computer if, indeed, that option comes up. It’ll only ask you every once in a while when the game needs to update. And the Launcher will begin to download from there!
Like your normal type of Launcher, Honkai: Star Rail will actually use a small window to start up the game first and foremost. You’ll have your updates occur here with each new installation and keep up to date with news surrounding the game!
For each update, the Launcher will need to unpack all its resources. Hoyoverse likes to make its updates available ahead of time though, so you can begin preloading for each new version that comes out. That way, when updates occur in the future, you’ll have less to download and can immediately begin playing the game once the servers are up and running!
After the Launcher is done computing, all it takes is a simple click of the Play! Button, and you are ready to begin your journey. Happy Trailblazing.

Honkai: Star Rail is available on the Google Play Store, the iOS store for Apple users, and Windows. Mac Users may have to download an emulator or wait a little longer until the game appears on Steam. Hoyoverse has already revealed that the game will be coming to Playstation soon, so be sure to keep an eye out for that.
