- Enter your Bag and head into the Other Items tab.
- Scroll down until you find the Thunder Stone. Select it and pick Use this item.
- Pick your Tadbulb and confirm your selection.
After leaving the menu, the evolution will commence, turning your Tadbulb into Bellibolt.
