Once you make it to the late-game of Diablo 4, upgrading items begins to make a lot more sense. No longer are you concerning yourself with swapping items once every 10 minutes, instead working on an end-game build that makes sense. To do that though, you’ll need resources, and one such resource can be tough to find for some. Here’s how to farm Silver Ore in Diablo 4.
Where to Get Silver Ore in Diablo 4
There are two main ways you can get Silver Ore in Diablo 4. The first, and most convenient, is to find Ore Veins scattered across Sanctuary. The easiest location to find these is in the Fractured Peaks, specifically around Yelesna, thanks to it being a mining town and all. If you’re having trouble finding these Ore Veins, feel free to use our image above. You’re looking for the small pile of rocks next to the two corpses and half a dozen minions.
The other method is through scrapping Magical gear. Salvaging Magical weapons like wands or staffs along with amulets can drop Silver Ore, though unless you’re a Druid or Sorceror, this may be a little less lucrative. If you’re either class, this at least should make for a good bit of passive Silver Ore, provided that you’re scrapping your unwanted gear instead of selling it.
How Useful is Silver Ore?
Thankfully, Silver Ore is quite useful when you start upgrading your gear at the Blacksmith. Getting as much as you can sooner rather than later means you’ll have more than enough to fully upgrade all of your Unique gear and slaughter just about anything you run into. Besides that, Silver Ore has no other major use.
