Have you ever wanted to shoot Peter Griffin in the face? Well, in Fortnite Chapter 5, you finally get your chance.
How to Find and Beat Peter Griffin in Fortnite
Peter Griffin can be found in Snooty Steppes, on the first floor, or in the basement of this lavish, ocean-side villa. But he’s well protected. Security cameras are all over the villa, and half a dozen guards will swarm you if you alert them.
Highlighted are two entrances to the Villa. The green circle marks the ground floor, where Peter may be, and the red door marks the first floor, where Peter may be. There is a third entrance in the back.
How to Defeat Peter Griffin in Fortnite
While Peter himself isn’t that difficult of a boss, his guards can quickly whittle away your health. The best way to handle this boss fight is to shoot Peter once, then leave the building and take him out into a more open area, where you have cover, and he and his goons don’t.
Peter’s weapon is a shotgun, so a long-range weapon is recommended here. Grenades are also good, as Peter and his guards tend to stay grouped together.
Once you’re out of the building, eliminate Peter’s guards, then turn your attention to Peter. Once you break Peter’s shields, he’ll begin to dance. Once he completes his dance, he’ll completely restore his shields.
He’ll only dance and heal once, so just play cautiously until Peter falls to the ground. He’ll drop his medallion and Peter Griffin’s Hammer Pump Shotgun.
Peter Griffin is just one of five bosses in Chapter 5. Each boss will drop a regenerating medallion and their unique mythic weapon. Peter Griffin’s medallion will give you regenerating shields. But carrying a medallion will also mark you on the map.
Alternatively, you can wait until someone kills Peter, then wait near the stairs for them to use the medallion on the vault, then kill them. This is much easier than killing Peter.
How to Find Peter Griffin’s Vault in Fortnite
Once you have Peter Griffin’s medallion, you can go into the basement of the villa you found him in Snooty Steppes. There, you’ll find a large vault. Interact with the panel beside the round door, and you’ll be able to open it.
Inside will be two chests, including a blue chest, spawning an Epic or Legendary weapon.
Defeating a boss for the first time will also give you 4,000 experience points. It’s fantastic if you’re trying to unlock the Peter Griffin skin in the battle pass.
