You can get a lot of status effects in Nightingale, and plenty of these status effects can bring you harm if not handled quickly. Here’s how to fix a broken leg in Nightingale.
How to Repair a Broken Leg in Nightingale
To patch up a broken leg in Nightingale, you must acquire either a Healing Potion or Healing Salve. Healing Potions are exclusively found in chests located across the byway, alongside plenty of other loot. Given how sparse these can be though, you’re better off crafting and using a Healing Salve. These can be crafted at a Campfire using both Bones and Bound Bristle.
Bones are easy to find, being a drop from killing a predator. These include any hostile creatures alongside enemy wildlife. Bound Bristle is also easy to come across, dropping from certain plants depending on what sort of location you’re in. If you want to get more and have a stock of Healing Salves for the future, use a Hunting Knife and Scythe for Bones and Bound Bristle, respectively. These will help increase the yield, and they are good at their respective jobs.
Once you have what you need, simply put the materials into the Healing Salve recipe at a Campfire and make it, then use it to cure your broken leg. You can do the same if you need to handle a sprained ankle as well, alongside other ailments, including simply being low on health. It’s a versatile item that’s great to have a lot of, almost as important as stuff like food. In my playthrough, I try to have about a dozen on hand at any given time, but that may be overkill.
