In BitLife, you can show off your success as a famous singer in many ways, from becoming a billionaire to selling millions of album copies in just a few years. Here’s how to get a double platinum album in BitLife.

BitLife: How to Get a Double Platinum Album

To get a double platinum album in BitLife, you must pursue the musician special career, create albums, and sell over 2,000,000 album copies. While this is primarily luck-based, your genre and cover art combination, experience in the industry, and random event choices will influence your success.

You can immediately reach double platinum or diamond if you pick the correct genre, cover art, and follow up on random events while creating an album. However, much of your success will depend on luck, and it may take several years to make the right album. To put this into perspective, the image above was my character’s ninth album; the rest were either moderate successes or went gold.

Alternatively, as your character becomes more experienced in the music industry, they’ll receive random events that can help them significantly boost their album success. For example, receiving an event to sing a memorial song, create a restaurant name, or come up with a song name can all cause your album sales to rise significantly, pushing you to the subsequent copies sold tier years after the album’s release.

In other words, you may initially go gold or platinum on an album and, 20 years later, reach double platinum after a few successful random events boost your sales.
