When visiting the Xianzhou Luofu in Honkai: Star Rail, players will find themselves in a whole new area full of mysterious items and hidden missions to complete. One of them involves obtaining and delivering the Bottle of Draconic Tears to a certain person in Central Starskiff Haven.

How to Get the Bottle of Draconic Tears in Honkai Star Rail
The Bottle of Draconic Tears belongs to a somewhat lengthy hidden quest given out by Pawnbroker Handian. He’s the merchant who exchanges your Strale for some useful items, including the Fire Trailblazer Eidolons. When you first speak with him, he’ll hand you a Dirty Mechanical Part and inform you that someone just passed by while speaking something about revenge. The image below shows the location of Pawnbroker Handian on the map.
After speaking with him, he gives you the Old Tin Box. Return to the Pawnbroker and he’ll tip you with the location where you should use it: the Exalting Sanctum.
Head for the bookstore in the area to automatically start another interaction. Give your old tin box when you’re prompted to and you’ll obtain the Bottle of Draconic Tears as your reward. And now all that’s left is to deliver it.
Where to Use the Bottle of Draconic Tears in Honkai: Star Rail
Return to the Pawnbroker once more and he’ll give you a final tip of a person who would love to receive the Bottle. Head for the bridge nearby and look for a lone NPC named Howard. Speak with him and offer him the Bottle of Draconic Tears, which he’ll gladly accept.
