When you start taking down enemies in BattleBit Remastered, you might notice that many of them have blue hit markers and some extra armor to absorb damage. There is no doubt in my mind that you want some of that armor yourself, and I’ll help you equip the extra padding in this guide. Here’s how to get Armor in BattleBit Remastered.

How to Equip Armor in BattleBit Remastered

Load into a match and open up the character screen to equip the armor you want in BattleBit. Any time a match begins, the screen will display the map and some menu options at the bottom left. In this spot, you can find the loadouts option for your weapons, and the character menu button is located right below it.

When the character menu opens up, you will be greeted with your BattleBit soldier and all the options for your uniform. The two most important aspects here are the helmet and the chest plate. In terms of overall armor value, the chest plate is the best bang for your buck. However, you will need to unlock all the available armor through gameplay. Simply use the Assault class in the meantime and equip the armor that has the highest durability.

Keep in mind that you will lose stats in other areas when you equip heavier armor. The more protection you have, the slower your character will be in BattleBit Remastered. In my opinion, the time to kill is already incredibly high in the game, so armor is much more valuable.

Once you have the armor you want, you can change your helmet and customization options as well. As you unlock more options on the battlefield, simply come back to the character screen and try some new items out.
