Elden Ring players can find the Bloodfiend’s Arm by defeating Bloodfiend enemies anywhere in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. The weapon is a random drop from defeating the common Bloodfiends, and is not a special reward for a specific enemy.

There are a few locations where players can try to get the Bloodfiend’s Arm in the early game. However, the best location to farm for the weapon is in Prospect Town within the Gravesite Plain region.

Players can get there by starting at the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace and traveling west through the mountainside towards Belurat Town Settlement. Go south and hug the cliffside until reaching another field with the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace. Prospect Town is just south of the site and is a series of destroyed buildings.

The Bloodfiend’s Arm contains the Endure Skill, which lets players boost poise to brace against attacks and receive less damage. It also requires 28 Strength, 16 Arcane, and 11 Dexterity to be able to wield.

Bloodfiends are giant hulking monsters that are usually just lying around. Simply walking near one will cause it to get up and start attacking you. It does very basic attacks, but its large swings can kill you in a few hits for early-game players.

Prospect Town is best to get the weapon as there are several Bloodfiends at once. Players can also summon their Spirit Ashes in the area, which makes taking on a large group even easier.
