There are a handful of ways to cure Vampirism in Skyrim and become human again.
- Drink a Cure Disease Potion – but only in the first three days, before you are “turned” completely.
- Talk to a Dawnguard member, or an Innkeeper, which will start a quest that will lead to your cure. You will need to seek out Falion, a mage located in Morthal (a city in the north, south-east of Solitude). Filled Black Soul Gem is the required reagent for the ritual/ceremony that will restore your humanity. The quest is called Rising at Dawn.
