People do a lot of awful things when they’re angry, such as saying bad things to others or even resorting to physical violence. And Game Freak took inspiration from that when they made the literal embodiment of rage in Pokemon form: Primeape. The classical Pig Monkey Pokemon has now received a very peculiar evolution the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in the form of Annihilape.
It was stated in many Pokedex entries that Primeape can get so angry that it can literally die from it. As dark as it may sound, that’s literally what happens when it evolves to the Ghost/Fighting-type Annihilape, a form that comes back from the dead to haunt those who made it angry in the first place. There’s a Pokemon I wouldn’t make my enemy.

Where to Find the Rage Fist TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
It might come as a surprise that there’s no TM related to the move Rage Fist in the Generation IX games. You get it instead by leveling Primeape to 35 as this is now its new Signature Move.
Rage Fist is a Ghost-type move with a power of 50, but that goes up by an extra 50 the more you use it during battle. That’s reminiscent of Rage, but much more preferred and controllable, as well as the perfect fit for such an angry Pokemon. You’ll need to use it at least 20 times before Primeape dies of anger, so start spamming it as soon as you get it.
There’s no other way to learn Rage Fist and it cannot be passed down through breeding, so you’re stuck to using it only in the Mankey family. At least it gets a nice STAB bonus when it evolves to Annihilape, and he also can’t die again… right?
