To get the Samurai Jacket in Cyberpunk 2077, you need to complete the Chippin’ In side mission. You will unlock the above side gig after you complete the M’ap Taan Pelen story quest. During the side mission, you will get the opportunity to get your hands on the Samurai Jacket.
Once you unlock the Chippin’ In side mission, head to the Afterlife Bar to meet up with Rogue. Johnny will then ask you to let him take over your body. After the sequence ends and you regain control of your body, talk to Rogue.
After waiting 24 hours, you will then receive a phone call from Rogue to meet with her. When you meet with Rogue at the location she tells you to, you will find the Samurai Jacket in the back trunk of her car. She will tell you that the jacket is her gift to you. Go close to the back trunk of the car and pick up the jacket.
